I was <cough> inspired to make an old-skool pork chop casserole

leftovers from last night's caker meal

pork chop/stuffing/veggie stew - all baked together in a sort of casserole

made a suprisingly tasty breakfast

leftover cold broccoli (what, am I crazy?) - which had been sauteed with olive oil, anchovy, chili flakes, salt and pepper. It's a surprisingly good snack even cold.

Coffee and toast in a few minutes.
