a small bowl of warmed-up leftover stuffing, chicken and mash

the mash (sweet potato/potato/cauliflower) had some goat cheese in it - sooooooooooo delicious warmed up - need to make more to have more leftovers!

had to defrost the freezer today, some idiot left it open overnight and it froze over. like hell. the same idiot that hides my cell phone every day.

so, for dinner, it is a lot of chinese and hungarian chopped vegetables.

Meatball and tomato sauce with cumin, coriander, cinammon, cayenne, paprika, and jalapenos and garbanzos over quinoa. Polyglot yummy.
