Salad:
Arugula, white and red kidney beans, white onions, green bell pepper, green chile peppers, and granny smith apples, dressed with lime juice, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and vegetable oil with cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garlic. On flat bread with feta and cheap canned 6.0% lager beer from TJ's.

Not bad. Salad's missing some central element, though. Probably pork.
