More orange juice.

unfortunately apples and oranges will give me lots of heartburn .
i used to love them - no longer - i think it's simply old age .
the GI specialist told me : "if food doesn't agree with you : DON'T EAT IT ! " Shocked

luckily i have no trouble with bananas , strawberries , mangoes and papayas - so i stick with those fruits .

anyway : i just had a cheese sandwich Very Happy

Inspired by ehBeth, I'm going to make a queso fresco + slight bit of artichoke + sweet red pepper relish omelette.

I am back to rave about the mushrooms at T&T supermarket - the big Ontario and British Columbia asian grocery.

My freakin' gawd - shiitake $2.99/pound! oyster mushrooms, king oysters, baby bellas, portabellas, enoki ... all at about 1/3 (or less) of the price in other grocery stores. Locally grown like the others - they must get one heck of a volume discount.

we've had burgers with mushrooms, pasta/sausage with mushrooms ... the other night I had my burger on a huuge bed of sauteed onions/shallots/garlic/bok choy and about 5 types of mushrooms <swoon> time for me - who needs a bun with mushrooms like this

and the bok choy sprouts - about 1/10th of the cost elsewhere - and sooooo good
