We're remodeling the kitchen, so no oven and range for maybe another 4-6 weeks. Anyway, I'm inventing microwave dishes. This morning, melted some butter in a bowl, added bits of toast and crumbled sausage, then mixed in some eggs. Cooked a little to long, but I like my eggs runny and this just can't happen in the microwave. Not too bad, next time and won't cook at long.
