for me, quick baked bratwurst, some green chile salsa, mayo, on potato bread toast - tad different than the usual whole grain mustard..

since we went shopping after our morning swim , we didn't get home until noon .
so we had a cold lunch/supper today with all the goodies we picked up at the GOLDEN ROOSTER - our local danish deli .
i finished up with a slice of pumpernickel - the REAL stuff - with swiss cheese . Very Happy

a nice big slice of DANISH KRINGLE - it was still warm when we picked it up at the deli this morning - it was baked on-site .
the smell of the fresh kringles wafts through the whole place . i think it's a trick to make people buy it .
