Hagel!!! I love it. Them? My grandmother used to call rice "them." Laughing

When you put hagel on a piece of buttered bread, the butter holds it/them on, but how do you get hagel to stay onboard a rusk??? Do you butter the rusk?

Ziti with marinara sauce and green olives. Broccoli, broccoli rabe, cauliflower and carrots.

Laughing FlyFoy you're sure you're not of Dutch heritage? Yes, indeed we butter rusks, we have two types of "Hagel", Chocolate and Coloured Sugar, the latter like 'hundred and thousands' but bigger.

Crumpets with honey for breakfast this morning.
