I remember reading about it some time ago: Post-apocalypse adventure game where people have mutations, and you gain power through defeating enemies and absorbing their powers.
Anyone?
Looks like I was thinking of
Evolva.
Nemmind.
I was going to suggest
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. for fairly recent stuff and
Fallout 2 if it was older. Just in case someone else is reading and looking for some post apocalyptic fun!
