I took several one minute short videos with my digital camera, and they are sideways on my computer. I know I have rotated video files before and it was really simple, but today I sit here for over an hour, I tried at least 5 different programs (Windows movie maker, ZoomBrowser. VirtualDub (that one I wasn't able to download correctly), Xilisoft)...but I got nuthin. I think it may have even been as simple as doing it in MyVideos folder, but somehow that don't work today.
Any ideas?
nobody? It should be doable, right?
Someone will be along shortly, Dag. Don't despair.
i alrady tried the pitchfork. didn't work. but i'll be needing new computer screen.
i've never done it before, but
google says it can be done...
what the eff is that supposed to mean...
I DID so google it. That's how I found that Xilisoft and VirtualDub in the first place. But I couldn't figure out the first one and install the latter one. I'll try the VirtualDub again, that's what's being mentioned most often. I'll try some other download, the zip filed I downloaded didn't have any file that would start installation or the program... muy frustrating.
It's working, it's working, it's working!!!!
The link from DrewDad (bless ya!) had a link to direct download of VirtualDub that finally worked on my computer. Everything is rightly rotated. It's a very nifty program, too! One can also crop videos, rotate them just a little, all sorts of cool stuff. THANKS, boyz!
(amazed the URL got thru my office's firewall)
i'm at home and couldn't open it... is it some secret link that wimins are not allowed to?
It's a website called "just effing google it dot com."
Except "effing" is explicit.
ah, that unfortunately worked.
