Microsoft Digital Image Suite

I hope that I posted this in the correct place! I have Microsoft Digital Image Suite and need to reduce the size of an animated gif. Does anyone know how to access that part of the program, I can't seem to find it!

My old program was MGI PhotoSuite4 Platinum, I knew where everything was. But I gave the disks away when I bought Digital Image. Thanks for any help!
