I used to dislike my old-fashioned cord mouse because the cord kept catching on the corner of my computer or my printer, etc. So I tried cordless ones.
I got a nice optical cordless mouse, and I really liked it a lot, but it began to give trouble (aging out, like me?) I also had a cordless laser mouse, but I never liked it very much. And finally, I also have a badly arthritic wrist. So I'm back to my old Microsoft Wheelmouse with a cord and surprise, surprise, I'm finding it much more satisfactory than the cordless mice which were (supposedly) ergonomically designed. The old smaller, flatter mouse is wonderfully comfortable, and with newer arrangements of components on my desk the cord has plenty of play.
So new, improved isn't always best.
BTW it was a tossup - should this comment on life have been posted under Computers, Health, or Aging?
I vote for "pets" as the proper category.
Hand-to-Mouse problem
Of course!
