A land property issue.

Hi every body, it's been a month now since this happened. It's my first

experience of the kind. I didn't know what to do! and I felt that I'm alone

( always) and have to face it alone ( as always). It was this feeling of

uncertainty and not believing in myself.

I lost the girl I was proposing for, maybe because of me or my family.

Anyway, the thing is like this,

I was appointed as the one who will finish my grandfather land issue,

property or ownership. The story is like this as I heard, after my

grandfather death, the three sisters ( my aunts) sold there properties to

the three sons ( father and uncles). We have papers in that regards, but

my father paper wasn't authorized from the court. That doesn't mean that

my deceased aunt didn't sell her property to my father, she did as

everybody knows here. So, the problem was to go to my aunt's three

daughters and sons and ask them disclaim their right ( according to the

paper I found with my mother). I showed them the paper which was

nearly 35 years old! They refused to help me and said that my father was

torturing her and maybe forced her to sell!

Well, my father is a good man, that's why I clean him and wash him and

take care of him. He's nearly 90 years old now. Everybody knows him

here, neighbors, friends etc.

I didn't try to make things worse, so I looked for the man who wrote the

paper. It took me one day to find the old man, he didn't know me of

course, but when I mentioned my father and the three brothers, he said,

yes I wrote that and your father is a good man and he was visiting us

actually here on his donkey at that time of course!

I found another witness on the paper and the two men were ready to

speak in front of the judge. However, I spent a hell of time trying to solve

this issue by means of goodness and no hard feeling thing.

It didn't work, so I spoke to the Sheik who knows us well, and now as he

said will solve this fix.

One thing is that my aunt has a husband who lives alone ( old man that I

also look after ). Her latest. He said that his wife sold her property and

there was nobody who forced or torture her!

So, I have three witnesses, and also there is the Sheikh.

So, what do you think of my situation?

Thanks for any idea.

Hi Noddy, I will sue them. I talked to a good lawer and the session should

be around these days. It took me long because I couldn't appoint a lawer

because its my father case not mine. So, I had to make one last step

which enable me to be the guardian or custodian. Something like that.

Wish me luck.
