I have recently been receiving the following message every time I start my computer. Can anyone tell me in plain English what it means, and what are the implications.
"RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal System DLL Relocation
"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The aplication will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL." (Quotation marks mine.
How does one get a new DLL? How does one install such a creature?
The computer seems to be functioning properly, and I haven't noticed any memory problem. Could this be the result of a a virus or other type of malware or is it simply a breakdown of the normal DLL functioning for some internal reason?
It means Microsoft made a boo-boo with one of their patches.

DLL Relocation
Thanks very much, DrewDad. I got the patch - although it should have been automatically downloaded; I don't know why it wasn't - and all seems well.
