first, click on the pictures in your email and save them to your computer - somewhere where you can find them. then, upload to photobucket, it will give you a Browse option, where you'll be able to find the said picture in your computer. then hit submit or upload or whatever they have there. and, done.
when you want to post here, you just do it the same way as with any other picture online. that you know how to do. so simple. DO IT! don't make me come out there!
