and i want to lose weigh for summer..
any body have any suggestions?

I work with someone who has lost about 40 lbs since September. I never thought she'd be able to do it, but she's been really smart about it. She is not on one of those "must lose" diets. She's slowly changed her eating habits without depriving herself. Sure, she gave up the sugary drinks and the fries, but she replaced those with whole grains and nuts, etc. Once a week she gets a free meal, and that's when she'll indulge. I've seen her occasionally eating a donut from the staff lounge, but overall she's stuck with it and looks great, feels great and has a ton more energy.
Currently, when she indulges, she doesn't goes overboard.

There's only one way to do it.
1. Eat less
2. Exercise
That's it.

I'd add cut down on sugar.
Excersise is a huge part of it. The trick is to find something you can stick with.
Eat every 2 or 3 hours (obviously a fruit, a piece of cheese or something, not a cheeseburger), it makes your metabolism work faster.
DON'T spend more than six hours without eating.
I lost 40 pounds in 5 months that way.

No one here is going to teach you how to be anorexic or bulimic. At that weight, you are at or close to ideal, if not a little underweight. The reason why you want to hide this from your parents -- another thing we're not going to tell you how to do -- is that, deep down, you know you're not supposed to be dieting.

Why, in the name of Twiggy, would you
want to diet? You can't afford to lose any more weight, kiddo.
