I think I saw it here at A2K, but I do not remember. I'm looking for a website where you enter the desired URL (web address) and select the language and it translates the site-page to the desired language. I need to try and find it as soon as possible.

Both are good ones.
Search for "translate web pages" on google & you'll find plenty more.
PS: for pages published in Italian, French, Spanish, German and Portuguese that turn up in Google's search results, Google includes a 'translate this page' link.
Mostly I want to go from English to Spanish
