Here's an example of what you might want to do:

It is plain that Matthew, Chapter 1, and Luke, Chapter 3, disagree about the genealogy of the putative Jesus, and that this constitutes a contradiction.
I don't know if you are going to want to do this, but it might help if you, or someone, examines each pair of allegedly contradictory passages.
This is ridiculous. Some simple study of the actual passages and the context reveal that NONE of these are contradictions in any way! For many of them, you don't need to do any more than just read the allegeded contradiction. Just 1 example: 
to take it seriously.
