Wrapper Application

I play Luxor regularly, but today Zone Alarm popped up the information that Wrapper Application was trying to launch it. Never before have I had this message, just going from clicking on the Luxor icon to starting the game.

Is Wrapper Application a previously hidden but essential part of accessing this game? I've googled it, and found that it seems legit, though I'm not sufficiently sophisticated technically to understand its function.

Also, googling "Wrapper Application" + Luxor results in a few comments, including one that states that the writer had trouble accessing Luxor, among other things, because of Wrapper Application. I've never had any trouble getting into Luxor, so I'm wondering if W A is some new technical aspect.

I'll be grateful for any information.
