Can green card holders get called to be jurors?

No they don't! When I first had my GC I received quite a few notices
to serve as a juror, but was dismissed when I wrote back that I was not
a citizen. The notices basically rely on DMV records and there
you don't have a distinction between US citizen and GC holder.
