How do I move Windows XP's Documents and Settings Folder.

Hey got a question.
I'm reinstalling my computer with Windows XP, and I would really like put the Documents and Settings folder somewhere other than the C drive. Does anybody know how to do that?

Still can't move the Shared Documents Folder!!!!!
I figured out how to reposition the My Documents folders. Just right click on them and go into properties. But I haven't figured out how to move the Shared Documents Folder! If anyone figures that out please tell me!
