I'm gonna sue him on behalf of all the peace loving citizens of the earth who have suffered under the rule of christian dogma and opression. Of course I will have to put it to god's representatives, the priests. What are they going to do? Say I can't sue him because he's not real? If they would deny responsibility they would deny their authority...
Do you think it would stick?
There is a precedent for this, Cyracuz. Some years ago a man got chagrined because his home was destroyed in a tornado and his insurance company pointed out that the policy he held specifically excluded 'acts of God' from coverage. So he did the only sensible and logical thing he could do -- he entered a suit for damages against God in his local district court. The judge was amused by this and issued an official decision, ruling that, while there was no question as to the damage sustained, the defendant, unfortunately did not reside within the jursidiction of the court and therefore he (the judge) could not hear the case.
Undaunted, the plaintiff filed a suit against all the churches within the jurisdiction, naming all the priests, ministers and rabbis as agents of God within the jurisdiction. This time the case was thrown out as 'frivolous.'
So your chances of success ain't good, brother.
the God of Jesus is a jew... and in addition to contolling all the money and Hollywood the jews also control the court system. The fix is in and you lose. You will soon be contacted by the firm of Rabinowitz Rabinowitz Ra binowitz and Epstein. Your ass is grass.
Wasn't a movie made about this concept?

Billy Connelly: The Man Who Sued God.
You might lose anyway. It is possible, though not entirely plausible that one or more lawyers did indeed make it through the pearly gates.

My donkey is now turf???
Is that like the water into wine trick?
Trying to sue God? Ha! I've got a lawsuit pending against him but it won't be heard for another 3,908,876 years. And that's just the preliminary hearing!

Sounds like the Westminster law system.

Or American military justice system.

Or the Family courts. Take your pick.
His policy exclided acts from god? Specifically? That's hillarious. Or outrageous.
But it's good news that there is a precedent. Isn't it easier to change one than to set one?
But I wouldn't think of suing the devil. He's got all the best lawyers.
you really think you can afford to go against god's team of lawyers?
those have got to be the best sharks in the business..

What do you think would be fair outcome?

I thought Satan had all the lawyers. . . .
Neo, I also thought satan had all the good lawyers. He definetly has all the best music.
As for a fair outcome... Uprising to all those who have been wronged by christianity, or to their families?

Uprising? How about restitution? And, why limit this to 'christianity'? Are other religions somehow less culpable?

Like 'military intelligence,' a classic oxymoron.
