We all know the Cubs can do it.....they did it before.....in 1908. How many games do you think the Cubs will win their Division this year? Who do you think they will beat in the World Series?
not convinced all the spending will propel the cubbies to the big show this year.
woods and prior are injury prone -- big time.
soriano hasn't played center before -- could be an adventure with the ivy.
piniella didn't get anywhere in tampa bay -- has he lost his edge?
Some good points, but rtemember, that guy Bartman who caught the foul ball has been banned. Big plus.
Are you serious!? They banned him just for a typical fan reaching in to catch a ball... that's perfectly normal and if I'm not mistaken he's a CUBS fan is he not?
Oh well anyways, I say 2008 b/c of the 1908 thing.
