HELP WITH EXCEL TOOLBARS

Hi, was wondering if anyone can help me with excel toolbars. I created macros. The macros do run and I can create a shortcut key. However, I cannot create a macro button. I tried the forms toolbar and the drawing toolbar. Neither toolbar will work, they are both greyed out. Any suggestions on how to activate either or both toolbars?

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!!
