Since they are moving the clocks forward three weeks earlier this year will computers automatically change the time this weekend or will we have to do it manually?

Some will, some won't. The newer ones will, and the PCs which have Windows XP Service Pack 2 installed. Others will need either a patch, or a manual change.

BTW - if you change your computer's time to match DST, disable the automatic time change feature, or it will try to change again in three weeks, when the old DST system would have gone into effect.
