Come see my world

My mind is frozen in a time that no longer exists. I am stuck in some sort of time warp where I keep playing these events over and over in my head. Problem is these events never occurred. They were never real. I am lost in my own imagination and fearing for the worst, that there is no escape from this hellish reality I have created.

I looked death straight in the face last night. I asked him why, why now and why me? He had no response, he just wept with me as he held me in his arms. When death has no answer and your God seems unresponsive. When your nightmares stay with you throughout your day then the misery has seeped into its fullest and the only way to go is back.

The angels came out to play tonight. They asked me to join them, but I declined, for happiness is unattainable for me. They begged for me to change my mind, but I now know that my fate has been decided and I have no control. Even the angels couldn't pull me out of my own silent tragedy.



My fading eyes, so bleak and desperate, call out for help, for answers unknown.
