@McTag,
I always drink Chai - thought that was pretty disgusting at first, but now I've become used to it! Don't know how well it would go down in my native Newcastle though!

@McTag,
According to Arsène Wenger "Long winter break helps German teams".

Actually, the best shop to get tea and mustard (and to drink/eat it) in Germany, is in the late Queen Caroline's hometown , in Wolfenbüttel.

@margo,
Well, I suppose, margo, that was due because you saw 12 hours earlier as we did and upside-down as well.

@margo,
You see margo, Walt takes exception to what you said because it implies Bayern had nothing to beat.

@spendius,
You shouldn't post whilst drinking, spendi!

@Walter Hinteler,
It's what I would think Walt, drunk or sober, if I was a Bayern fan.

@spendius,

Not liking Bayern Munchen, of course.

Which reminds me of a joke:

Who is the most unpopular man in football?
-The bloke in the stands at Borrussia Muenchengladbach who shouts out
"Give us a B!"

Newcastle 0 - 6 Liverpool

Liverpool's best result of the season - ouch, it's painful being a Newcastle supporter!

@vonny,
Sorry pet, I thought 3-0 was bad enough. Gillingham are League 2 Champions, so at least one of my teams is doing well.

@izzythepush,
Wish I had that much to console me! Oh, but I do sort of follow Carlisle - any idea how they are doing?

@izzythepush,
Isn't he just!

Think I'll have to pick a new Premiership team to follow if Newcastle go down - probably Chelsea. Not that I could ever abandon poor old Newcastle United though - it's in the blood!

@vonny,
I think it will all come down to the last day. West Ham, QPR and Arsenal to go, so it's not impossible by any means.
