No, arms are fine, sweetie. And I've been shifting furniture tonight.
We've got a Polish plasterer coming in the morning.

Is it bad form to discuss health problems and physical frailties of a personal nature in the Thread? (Real or imagined, I should have said.)
I expect it is. My bad, as the Americans say. I just thought it would give you something to laugh at. Smile

I didn't laugh though. Honest. I thought you would not have mentioned it unless it had really happened.

I presume Mac is supposed to take that as evidence that my advice is useless.

It's a free country.

If your cholesterol level is over 4 you are getting sicker. See the Framlington Heart Study.

Thank you for your advice, Spendy. Are you vegan? Unlikely, I would have thought. Mind you, I don't know what being vegan means.

I have been doing too much sitting around lately and when walking I haven't been able to get up much speed because (get the violin ready) I have been having achilles tendon pain.

If I train myself to type faster that ought to do it. Type till you pant.
