WHO ARE THE BEST HAND TO HAND FIGHTERS IN THE WORLD??

I want to know people's opinions on who they believe are the best hand to hand, one on one fighters in the world..
I'm not talking about weapons or any of that ****.. I'm talking pure fighting using only body parts..
I have asked this question to a few people and some say Shaolin Monks, some say S.A.S Soldiers and some even say UFC Fighters..
Who are the greatest fighters in the world????
