Yeah, We've been chasing a project over a 2 year period, updating our pricing and including changes that the customer wants implimented but doesn't want to pay for. So, first we have to justify our pricing to him and second, we have to tell him nicely that our pricing is firm and we not cutting it.

and if that don't work...use bleach it's cheaper and comes in the gallon size...down side....everything will be white
