I've never been so alone.
I've never seen this side of the night.

I'm the one to tell you "i'll take your pain away"
And that i'll never stray.

The one to make all your dreams come true.
I want to be the one in the world who
Won't change the world, but make it a little better.

I want to wake in arms that love,
To a heart thats warm and to a smile I can love.
To lose sight of reality and be lost in anothers eyes
And to know it's pure.
To know, and to know what to do without question.

Love the thing we desire most in this world
And yet we doubt it's realism.
Honest dreams of a love struck boy taken away
By such simple words.


Desire and lust, love and betrayal.
Our carnal needs sending shock waves
Like canon balls in the night.


I can't begin to take this pen
And tell you with words what I want to say
The words coming and dying on my tongue
And on this pen.

Dripping drops of dreams drearily on days that don't matter.
Telling lies to make wifes feel better.

Preachers preaching of long lost confessions
To a procession of cold blank stares.
Of a long lost faith of a people long lost to face


It's like that of crashing cars,
two hearts fast beating fast.
Two hearts beating toghter.
Forever.

Have I the will to take these pills?
These pills so sure to make my heart quit.
But, we forget. Life's a game to short to complain.
Live young, die fast. Remind yourself it's not worth the pain.

I've thought to stop.
To give in to disaster.
Embrace disasters dark hands in mine
And allow it to become me,
To fuel me.
