I usually use a program called "Fineprint" but the freeware version does add a URL to their WWW site to the bottom of every page.

I use PDFSuite995.

http://www.software995.com/

It's adware - slight delay to print a document, but I only do a few documents a week. I think you can also pay to disable the ads.

Well I wont try that again!!!!!

I went here
and tried to download one of these programs. Soon realised they are only suitable for office 2007 but in the process of discovering this (have a look at the program name next time you idiot he said to himself) I messed up my office program, I ran repair office from the disk which told me I was missing SKU111.cab in folder MSO. which I found had been renamed sku111.xml. Anyhow to cut a long story short I had to eventually unstall and reinstall office then came the saga of trying to update the reinstallation............

I discoveredGoogle docs and spreadsheets I can paste (ctrlV) word docs created on my system and save as PDF back to my machine. Havn't tried to paste MSpublisher yet or excell I shall play a little and see how it goes
