Scrubs: The Movie

I love Scrubs too! I never watched it until I didn't have a tv and friends sent me discs they'd burned of it- and then I was hooked. I love when Turk and Zach do their Sanford and Son song- love Cox and his whole schtick (but can't buy his wife-she's the only one on the whole show who doesn't grab me- although I think their relationship is interesting).
But I especially enjoy Kelso- and Elliot- she's my favorite. What a dip. I love the one where she tries to help Carla "celebrate" the anniversary of her mom's death with a cake and a telephone message tape...

I don't know about a movie though...seems like something'd be lost if they got rid of that feeling of immediacy that's part of what I like about the show, it never seems contrived -unless that's very obviously what they're trying to do. I'd go see it no matter what though.

I don't see how they could make a movie of it honestly. I love the show. Don't get me wrong. I just think it would be a bad move on the producers part. Seeing as how I mean, it's a t.v. show. And we all know movies either end there. Or have to keep making sequels. And, as we've seen in the past it never works. And honestly. It's to much of a comedy to fill 1 hour and 30 minutes with. I don't think I could sit through it. I'd kill myself.

I don't know The Kids In The Hall Brain Candy was a great movie....

Zach Braff just confirmed that they are making a movie version of Scrubs. I love the show and will definitely go see the movie.....3o minutes is just not enough! Of course, I've been drinking wine this evening.

Is it a made-for-tv movie or a theatrical release? I LOVE the show (I like Janitor and Ted, lol) but I don't know if I'd pay $14 or however much it costs these days to see an extended version of the show in theaters. I mean, I could watch back-to-back episodes on TV but they'd have to think of a great premise for the movie for me to get off my butt to watch it
