Men in White (1934)
[trivia note: this was a hospital movie about doctors. Shortly afterward, the Three Stooges made a short called "Men in Black" lampooning "Men in White". This was the "calling Dr. Howard, Dr. Fine, Dr. Howard" short. It was the only Stooges short to be nominated for an oscar. In 1998, there was a TV movie called "Men in White", about space travellers, which lampooned the Will Smith movie "Men in Black". Go figure.]
