Anyone here got a Wii?

I'd like to have one but they're too hard to find right now.

Other than the shortage of games, do you like it?

Heck ya there're hard to find. I lucked out and only had to spend 2hours in the damn cold at 4am.

It's defiently a family console and I mean family. I've taken it to friends houses, cousins, grandparents lol. They all played it and one thing I think is best is, it isn't boring watching other people play, it is rather hilarious.

And, it's hard to teach someone to play, since you're physically doing a motion. "Daddy, how do I dance?" It's funny watching grandpa trying to teach grandma, "No honey, do it like your swinging a golf club. I play real golf so I would know darn it!"


Other than craptastic game selection, it is pretty amusing. Beating games over and over with this system now doesn't get boring since muscle memory comes into play, like with real sports and takes longer to get a real "feel" for games.

I have a wii and it rocks! Took me forever to get one though...but the only way you'll ever get one is if you keep checking the same number of stores every day and keep bugging them. Eventually they'll give you what you want and you'll be a happy man (or woman)!
