anyone know the answer to this riddle?

The answer is a 7 letter word.
First 2 letters make a man.
First 3 letters make a woman.
Add the next letter and it makes a GREAT man.
Add the remaining letters and it makes a GREAT woman.

Anyone know? please post the answer if you do =) i would appreciate it greatly because i dont know the answer Razz

To not spoil the riddle for others, I've written the answer backwards
inside the following numbers.

Just pull out the seven letters and reverse them:
9-8e7=78n94!!i25o21%[email protected]/,24h17#09
