more so than a ps3, i have an xbox 360 so i have a powerhouse console

what appeals to me is the downloadable retro content with the wii, very cool idea

Yup. It works well too - I played Mario 64 for a while last night.

The best thing is the dual wireless controllers - they just allow for so much gameplay. Check out Madden '07 - you hardly ever use the buttons on the controllers, just motions.

Want to pass the ball? Make a throwing motion.

Catch the ball? Better stick those hands up in the air! Works on defense too.

It's intuitive and easy to play... a big step forward. Hopefully future title manufacturers will get the picutre and have more innovative controls for their games.
