@edgarblythe,
I'll need Farmerman to confirm this, but I'm pretty sure that bugs can walk on water because their weight is so tiny they don't break the surface tension of water. But their complex feet do explain why the can walk on ceilings.

@hingehead,
Maybe. But the foot in the picture does not ceiling walk. It is used for swimming and walking on water.

I know this is a horse. What kind? I'm guessing dalmatian, but I could be wrong:

@Roberta,
Looks like appaloosa but it could be another breed with leopard complex. So pretty.

@Roberta,
Yep, Appalloloosa. You can see the etripng on the hooves and the only other way is to see whether the spots arent airbrushed . The animal hqs great conformation. Mot App Ive seen have big hed, this one is beutifully balanced with no belly bulge like most wild breeds.

@hingehead,
light weight and good surface tension (cohesion) of the wter, you too could walk like a strider.

You cn **** with an insects ability to walk on the surface by putting a drop of dishwasher detergent on the top pf the water . Itll bust up the surface tension and the water strider becomes bass food.
