Note to all: Thomas helped me get these images posted. I asked him if it would be OK for me to mention that he was the one. He was reluctant for fear that people might think he was nice. I told him not to worry. No one would think he was nice. Fact is, he helped me as a means of personal survival. If he didn't help me I would have driven him insane. As not nice as he is, I'm a bigger pain in the ass--and proud of it.
