A chocoholic! I can relate...
http://i.telegraph.co.uk/multimedia/archive/01961/fish-chocolate_1961314i.jpg
This is a giant gourami that staff at Sea Life London Aquarium have weaned off chocolate. Staff at the aquarium were baffled by the 8.8lb (4kg) fish's refusal to feed, until they learned the gourami, named Gary, 15.7in (40cm) long, had been brought up on chocolate. So the team stuffed crushed Kit Kat pieces inside grapes to get Gary to 'take a break' from his daily fix.

@djjd62,
tsar, I was looking at pictures of baby giraffes yesterday. Cute, cute. I was watching them try to stand up for the first time. Not easy. Some time back, I saw a film of a giragge being born. The mother gives birth standing up. That's a helluva long way down for a new kid.

olga, That squirrel has the best view. A for free.

Irish, A gourami with a sweet tooth. Go figure. Some people might think that sea lion is winking. I say it's got something in its eye. The deer in the field is an amazing shot. The head/face looks a little goofy to me (the eyes). Maybe he was just surprised at the photographer being there.

dj, Is that a bunny? Hard to see. Love the otter in the tube. Talk about relaxed.

@djjd62,
Ok, the otter is hilarious and wonderful just being him or herself.

@ossobuco,
Not to bring up Ring of Bright Water yet again, but I don't think I can take proper care of an otter here in sandland. Tempting though.

In this Thursday, July 28, 2011 picture provided the the Virginia Zoo, a worker holds a newly-born giraffe as it is weighed for the first time at the zoo in Norfolk, Va. Zoo officials say a baby giraffe can be as much as 6 feet tall and weigh about 150 pounds. They also can walk within an hour of birth and will begin eating leaves at about 4 months.
