Didn't think it was fair to have seal and not a sea lion. Now we've go both:

@Reyn,
Reyn, I suspect that you post these pics, expecting someone to mention that the animals in them ain't all that attractive. I see beauty in them all. Sorry to disappoint you, if in fact I have.

A seal, a sea lion. How about a walrus:

Miss Toni here at work has two hummingbird feeders out. I love to watch them but lately they have been pretty agressive. They have been divebombing people. They are fascinating little birds.

The Mr. poked this poor little fellow in the eye the other morning -- he was taking a snooze under the door latch of a travel trailer:

@djjd62,
dj, Dems is one pair of cuties. I get that tactile sense from the bunny pic. I think that otter is laughing.

Tai, Is the amphibian OK?

I think we humans better stop messing around with genetic engineering. Hatching puppies seems a bit extreme to me.

I did post them as a bit of a joke, but they're cute, in their own way! Laughing

There's this weird video going viral of someone completley immobilizing a domestic cat by putting a binder clip on the back of its neck. The cat freezes in kind of an awkward position until the binder clip is removed. I can't tell if it's faked or the cat is really frozen. I wonder if when the mama lion grasps the cub that way, if it doesn't act the same as the binder clip and freeze the cub. Assuming it's not a fake, of course.

@MontereyJack,
Don't know, but that is totally the way to put a cat in a carrier. Set the carrier with the open end up, pick up little Lucifer by the scruff of the neck and lower her into the carrier. Close carrier very quickly. There is no residual effect.

@Barry The Mod,
Gives new meaning to Oscar Wilde's epigram (on fox-hunting) "The Unspeakable in Pursuit of the Uneatable". Will pass it on to MsOlga.

Those pictures reminded me of something. I don't know if I ever posted this before and if I have I am sorry for the repeat. But, this dog is really something else.
