@djjd62,
Exceptional B & O today!

Small fish dart to safety from the path of invading sharks. British photographer Alec Connah took the photo as the blacktip reef sharks swam through shallow water, scattering the fish on Lankayan Island, Borneo.

@tsarstepan,
Shocked Who in their right mind would call a bird of that size a kakapo? I am assuming I'm probably pronouncing it incorrectly. Razz

Well, if they have any sense they aren't letting that kakapo hear it. That is one big bird and I know birds can do some damage especially when ticked off. Laughing

I've heard of kakapos and seen photos. But I had no idea they were so large. Wow.

And here's the not-at-all endangered cockapoo:

http://i.telegraph.co.uk/multimedia/archive/01839/sleeping-dormouse_1839358i.jpg
Photographer Danny Green captured this cute dormouse hibernating in a nest box. He says: "I was working on a project which formed part of a dormouse re-introduction programme in Devon. I went round the nest boxes with the licensed handlers as they were weighing and checking the dormice hibernating inside them. We managed to find a couple in such a deep sleep they didn't even stir as they were picked up and examined." The tiny rodents can hibernate for six months out of the year - and even longer if the weather remains cool.

@tsarstepan,
Etta, I did a quick drawing of her once that I still like. Too large to scan on my crappo multitask thing. Ah, well.
