@Irishk,
i've asked folks in town and nobody seems to know him, i see the vehicle maybe three times during the year, so he may be from out of town, when i saw the dog in the goggle sit was around the time the junebugs are really bad, but if he's from out of town the dog might wear them for highway driving in general

just have to keep the camera at the ready

Nat Geo has a photo series on frogs that were thought to be extinct, but are rediscovered. Heartening.

Irish, Hola back atcha. Love those terns. Never saw them before. Muchas gracias amiga. Tambien, great shot of the deer. I'm sure they're eagerly awaiting spring to get itself sprung.

dj, That simple pic of the bunny is brilliant. Love that look. Otis the otter does an otter proud. Glad Liam had the chance to capture him on film.

osso, These are some wonderful photos! Like the itchy lion. Love the dog sticking its head out of the car. That's a treasure. That tiger in the snow makes me wonder what shape a tiger makes. A snow angel? Probably not. Gorgeous face on that tiger on the move. The last lion looks a little sleepy. Schluf, PC.

edgar, Wow! Amazing and revealing. I, too, have to wonder what the ant is doing with a microchip. We'll never know.

littlek, Thanks for the info re the frogs. Also thanks for the wonderful pic. That frog has amazing eyes.

Rusty spotted cat. This is the smallest of the wild cats and is found in India and Sri Lanka.

@Roberta,
If you drop any foreign objects on an ant hill, the ants remove them. I assume, the photographer knew this when he set up his camera.
