Never enough otter pictures, I say:

"Would you happen to have some Mignonette Sauce and a wedge of lemon? Only 11 weeks old, Kit is already a pro at shucking at the Monterey Bay Aquarium."

@ossobuco,
That was via the SF Chronicle's day in pictures, as is this:

"Does anyone have a tiny hankie? The clouded leopard cub at the National Zoo in Washington has a tiny milk mustache."

dj, I owe you (or the animals) an apology. I said that the sheep were goats. Mea culpa. Sorry.

letty, I'm with Barbieq. I want one. Perfect for a NY apartment.

osso, You're right. Can't have too many otter pics. That little guy has a wonderful face. And the baby clouded leopard with the milk mustache? Awwwwww. Too cute.

@BarbieQPickle,

Letty, I checked out the link and couldn't resist posting another picture from it.

I think I'm overcutefied. Help.

The American pika " a small mountain-dwelling mammal that is made all the cuter by the fact it cannot tolerate the heat. An announcement is expected on whether the pika becomes the first animal in the US to get federal protection because of climate change

Olga, Like I said, I'm overcutefied. What an adorable little guy. I looked up pikas. They're in the rabbit family. Fascinating stuff about them becoming federally protected. I wonder what the government is gonna do. It can't keep the climate from changing. Will it air-condition burrows?

Not only are they cute? It seems like they have such sense for interior design. I bet his house is so wonderfully decorated with all of his found treasures. Very Happy

They can stay in my apartment if they need a safe place to live. I could use they're natural design sensibilities to get my room in shape.

dj, All I see is a doohickey in the corner of one pic and an x in the corner of the other. I tried the link and was told that my browser (whatever the hell that is) is no longer accepted there. But I did see something about Spider Man.

Osso, You've got only two toes? Holy moley. How do you buy shoes?

Pygmy hogs are the smallest of the wild pigs (and endangered). Here's a piglet:
