@akaDebacle,
My view - The Ranger and Tonto totally respected and trusted one another. Kemo Sabe was a term of respect within the context of the show and Tonto was simply Tonto's name. Any other reading of these terms is clearly outside of the original intent, likely due to just cursory research before employing them.

@akaDebacle,
I recall on Jack Kirkwood's radio show, he did sketches about the Solo Stranger. His Indian companion Pronto once told him, "Know what you do when you say that, Kemo Slobber? Slobber."

@edgarblythe,
Great shot, Edgar.

I watch a BE nest in FL that has four live cams. Especially useful now that I'm staying indoors 95% of the time.

@akaDebacle,
I looked in. The eagle appeared to be mentally reviewing the last episode it watched of Svengoolie.

There are some beautiful birds in the world but perhaps none with a name quite as frightening as one species found in
New Guinea—the Dracula parrot. This is the nickname for the Pesquet’s parrot (Psittrichas fulgidus), which is endemic
to the island’s hill and montane rainforest. With rich black feathers and a scarlet red underbelly, it has all the coloration
of Count Dracula’s cape, but looks can be deceiving.

The Dracula parrot is a relatively large parrot, measuring a total length of about 18 inches and weighing between 1.5 and
1.75 pounds. Its long hooked beak and bare face, coupled with its large head, make it look a bit like a vulture. For that
reason, it’s sometimes also called a vulturine parrot.

They are "heaven sent" on those days when I need to wean myself off political news. It may sound nuts, but I almost CANNOT think negative thoughts while watching them swim about.

They truly enchant.

@Phoenix32890,
Frank- Over the years, I have noticed that many dentists. (and sometimes doctors, but not as many) have fish tanks in their waiting rooms. I believe that the reason for this is that watching fishes swim, makes for a wonderful form of relaxation.

Yup. They should especially have them in psychiatrists' offices, because watching fish definitely relaxes!

And in an outdoor pond...ten times the benefit of an inside tank.

So much so, that people who are constipated ought to partake. I'm pretty sure it works that way also. Wink
