Hi, I am a 13 year old male. I am about 5"10. I weigh 200 pounds.
Though I have friends at school. I would say I am decent at technology. A few coding languages on the computer. I have a job. But I usually feel pretty bad about my weight.
Id like to be around 170.
Anyways any help?

Be somewhat more attentive to what you eat, and how much.
Encourage yourself to be somewhat more active.
Be prepared to be very patient.
What I'm hinting at is a couple of minor changes in lifestyle, not a major diet and exercise program.
