Transfer Firefox Bookmarks to IE7

A basic question, how does one transfer Firefox bookmarks to IE7 ?

I've never used it (I don't use IE7), but there is an application called "FavoriteSync," which is supposed to sync your favorites and bookmarks. ... LINK

If that doesn't work, there is also a FF extension called "Favorites Converter." ... LINK

I suggest you research further before using either one.
