I installed winXP on my PC, but a problem appeared after I finished the installation, the OS telling me the following:

You have a problem, if you did not have this screen before so pleas reboot your PC, if u had it before so do the following:

Check ur file system, ur last installed drivers, use chkdsk/f, bla bla bla ......

I put the HDD on other PC, its working properly. I put back to its original PC and booted using setup disk win98se, made scandisk and it showed some errors in the directory structure, so we fixed it, rebooted the PC, the same previous problem appeared.

Could anyone give me a solution?

HDD- WD 40GB
RAM- 128 SDRAM, 133 MHz, DIMM
CPU- 1.7 GHz

First of all please don't cut off the error message. It''s important.

You might need to try changing your file system and reformatting. If you have other hard drives it should be easy.
