if some persons help someone who have tetraplegia to die, but they do individuals actions, can they be condened??

If a group of persons helps to die to a tetraplegico making each one individual legal actions but that have an illegal end, can they be reprobates?

Sounds like he/she is asking if a group of persons helps someone with tetraplegia (something in Italian having to do with the spine or nervous system) to die by each person in the group taking an action that is legal, that in the end results in something illegal (death), can they be arrested.

If it were to occur within the U.S., an attempt would be made to determine which of the "legal" actions was the final one that led to death. That person would most likely be charged with murder with the others in the group being charged as co-conspirators. No idea how it would be handled in other countries.
I'm not a lawyer, only watch law shows on TV, so don't take my word as gospel. If you are concerned about it for yourself or others, I advice contacting a lawyer both before and after becoming involved in such an action.
