Is This Real?

As I look over the deep, cold, calm sea
My surroundings do not look familiar
I am on a ship as big as could be
How did I get here? I scratch my head and go for the nearest bar.

The intensity I feel and wonder why
As if something happened here, I let out a big sigh
I see people on the deck but through them I can see
Am I dreaming? Is this a lie?

I walk into a room, the band playing "Nearer My God To Thee"
The ship feels solis but all the people transparent
Of this deadly place I want to be free
I smell death what an awful scent.

I walk in the deck and see the name
S.S. Titanic why am I here a dream?
I was always intrigued by this ship's fame
But so real this seems.

I try to wake up, I let out a sigh
I try to wipe my eyes to see that I am all right
Glad I was just living a lie
I take a step on the deck of what was supposed to be a lie.
