HJT Log help

Hi everyone, I havnt posted up a log file for HJT in here for quite a while so I'm not sure if people still look at em and help out with em anymore but I figured I would see. My computer programs seem to be running slow lately and I have done a defrag and disk cleanup and all that stuff but for some reason some of my programs, specifically media programs and windows, seem to run a lot slower than they should be. For some reason that I cant figure out I keep getting a warning that my computers virtual memory is too low and i need to make more space and my PF usage in my task manager is running abnormaly high. If someone could please take a look through my HJT log and check to see if there is anything abnormal I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
